Active Aging Standing Extended Warmup

Presented by Lawrence Biscontini, MA & Bernadette O’Brien
Designed to accompany the SCW Active Aging Certification, this extended warmup gives Active Aging Movement Coaches (AAMCs) all the skills and drills they need to include into a complete, standing class WarmUp for active aging. This warmup teaches preparatory moves for preparing for cardiovascular, strength, flexibility components of a complete class experience, while integrating both right and left-brain tasks, neuroplasticity, balance, and fall-prevention with skills like “Greek Dancing” and “Open the Curtains.” This release also can stand alone as a class-by-itself for brand new-to-fitness Active Agers. Join 85-year-young Bernadette O’Brien and Lawrence Biscontini for an all research-based practical movement experience.
