MSINGI®, a Swahili word meaning “foundational” and “to bring together,” is a revolutionary approach to functional strength and primal mobility. Built on 11 movements across three intensity levels, this culturally inspired practice invites all ages to work-on rather than work out—building strength, mobility, coordination, and a positive mindset.
